Notary Information

As of August 15, 2008, all notary applicants, whether they are new applications, parish changes, or attorneys, will file their qualifying application and/or exam registration form with the Secretary of State’s Notary Division.

These forms, along with the instructions, will be available on the Louisiana Secretary of State’s website.
